5. Start Slowly with Actives

Active constituents such as retinoids, AHAs, and BHAs can target specific skin concerns. Introduce these progressively.

6. Eye Care

Utilize an eye cream to treat issues such as dark circles and puffiness. Using your ring finger, lightly dab the product around your eyes.

7. Be Gentle

Avoid harsh scouring and excessive exfoliation, as these can damage the skin's protective barrier. Use an exfoliant no more than twice or three times per week.

8. Stay Consistent

Consistency is essential to attaining success. Adhere to your hygiene regimen and allow products sufficient time to work; results may take several weeks.

9. Listen to Your Skin

Observe how your epidermis reacts to various products. If irritation or adverse effects occur, discontinue use and, if necessary, consult a dermatologist.

10. Stay Hydrated and Eat Well

For glowing complexion, it is important to stay hydrated, consume a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats, and get enough sleep.
